Returns and Refunds
1. 30-Day Return Policy
Survival Gears Depot accepts eligible return requests within 30 days of the date the customer receives the product.

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
Please include:
• Your order number;
• The email address used to place the order;
• The product you wish to return;
• The reason for the return; and
• Photographs or video where relevant to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product claim.
Customers must contact our customer support team and receive return instructions before sending any product.
Please do not return products to the business address shown on our website or to an address shown on the original shipping package unless our customer support team specifically instructs you to do so.
Because products may be fulfilled from different suppliers and fulfilment locations, the correct return location may vary depending on the product and order.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must generally be:
• Returned within 30 days of delivery;
• In the same condition in which it was received;
• Unused or unworn, except for reasonable inspection;
• Complete with its original accessories and components; and
• Returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned products are securely packaged for return transit.
Products that are damaged through misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged, is defective, is materially different from the product ordered, or an incorrect item is received, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

• Clear photographs or video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect product, where reasonably possible.

Depending on the circumstances of the claim, product availability, and applicable consumer law, an approved claim may be resolved through:
• Replacement of the product;
• Refund of the eligible purchase amount to the original payment method; or
• Another appropriate resolution agreed with the customer.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned products to the return address provided by our customer support team.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are not reimbursed by Survival Gears Depot, except where reimbursement is required under applicable consumer protection law.
Customers must contact us and receive return instructions before sending any product.
Please do not return a product to our business address or to an address shown on the original shipping package unless our customer support team has specifically instructed you to do so.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.
Survival Gears Depot is not responsible for returned products that are lost or damaged during return transit before they are received at the designated return location.
6. Return Authorization and Return Address
Do not send a return before receiving instructions from our customer support team.
Products may be fulfilled from different suppliers or fulfilment locations. Therefore, the appropriate return address may depend on the product and order.
The business address shown on our website is not automatically the return address for every order.
Returning a product without prior instructions may result in the return being delayed, rejected, or sent to an incorrect location.

7. Inspection and Refund Approval
Once a returned product has been received, it may be inspected to confirm that it meets the eligibility requirements of this policy.
We will notify the customer of the outcome of the return review.
If a refund is approved, the eligible refund amount will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Once a refund has been processed by Survival Gears Depot, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account will depend on the payment provider, card issuer, or financial institution.
We will notify the customer when an approved refund has been processed.
8. Exchanges and Replacements
Where appropriate and subject to product availability, an approved claim may be resolved through a replacement product.
If a replacement is unavailable, another appropriate resolution may be offered, including a refund where applicable.
Customers should contact our support team before returning any product for replacement.
9. Order Cancellation Requests
If you wish to request cancellation of an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order that has not yet entered processing or fulfilment.
Once an order has entered processing, fulfilment, or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
